CS Technologies has been using Dallas Semiconductor iButtons as access
control credentials for many years. In this process we have developed an
attractive and durable keyfob as well as a stainless steel readers. These
products are available for use by other product developers utilising Dallas
Semiconductor iButtons, including
ASD's.
The CS Silicon-Key Reader:
The complete iButton reader consists of the stainless steel iButton probe
mounted in a durable solid aluminium block with a lexan overlay. It provides an
attractive vandal-resistant access control reader which is practically
indestructible under the harshest of abuse.
